At SkinsMonkey, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming services and customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding service refunds, product returns, and dispute resolutions. By using our services or purchasing products from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of personal grooming services, we do not offer refunds for completed haircuts or grooming treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service you received, we encourage you to inform us immediately so we can address your concerns.

If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please notify us before leaving the barbershop so we can make necessary adjustments.

Corrections or adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of the original service.

Refunds for services may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

2. Product Returns and Exchanges

We offer a selection of grooming and styling products for sale. If you purchase a product from us, the following return policy applies:

Products must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date with proof of receipt.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened grooming products.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for an exchange or refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

3. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that schedules can change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows or missed appointments without notice may result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to find a convenient time.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved for a product or service, it will be processed as follows:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5-7 business days).

If a refund is not received within this period, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Personalized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Services that have been completed to the agreed standard cannot be refunded.
